This is 1 more unfair step taken by merchant team. All merchants of Mig are global merchants right? we have over 5000 merchants in Mig and it is DUTY of staff to effectively inform each and every merchant regarding new updates and decisions that they implement as unfair as they may be!
A recent update by team was that no mentor or merchant residing in any other country except living in India can sell credits to Indians. At the moment how many users use Mig from India? hundreds of thousands of users and how many mentors does India have? 2!ONLY TO MENTORS TO CATER TO ENTIRE MERCHANTS FROM INDIA! This is an unfair monoploy of the market as i have heard 1 of the mentors has resigned now remaining only one mentor...
This user suraj, is a victim of this update. he is an old merchant of Mig33 and was unaware of this new system and sent credit to an indian id...next day his merchant id was inactivated! He sent apology mail and accepted that he would not do it again as he was unaware of the new rules but staff fail to assist him till today! Why should innocent users always be the victims of calous behaviour by staff? Dont humans make mistakes? And is it such a punishable offence? Staff let og of all the abusers and slangers by activating their ids andf a merchant who genuinely tried to help his friend faces hardships at every turn? is this fair?
Justice delayed is justice denied...staff wake up and hear the plea of innocent users here!
